How early should I arrive?
Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure. Check in at the ticket window with your printed or electronic confirmation.
Are there restrooms?
Restrooms are available in the depot and in the Daniel Webster car.
Is the station accessible?
The current FAQ states that Gowanda boarding is not wheelchair accessible and that the South Dayton destination is wheelchair accessible. Contact the railroad before booking so the team can discuss your party’s needs.
