These general terms are provided for visitor guidance. The final terms shown in the live booking flow for the selected event control the booking, payment, cancellation, and refund relationship.

Bookings and payment

Train ride tickets and gift cards are purchased through the booking link provided for the selected experience. Review the date, ticket type, meeting point, age requirements, and total before payment.

Arrival and check-in

Guests should arrive 30–45 minutes before departure and check in with printed or electronic confirmation. Some murder mystery events begin with dinner at The Gowanda Moose, 201 Aldrich Street, Gowanda. Follow the meeting point listed for the specific event.

Cancellations and weather

Cancellation, refund, processing fee, and weather terms vary by event. Review the exact terms shown in the live booking flow. If the operator cancels for weather or another operational reason, the booking provider or railroad will communicate the available refund, credit, or reschedule options.

Age and accessibility

Age rules vary by experience. Wine trains are for guests 21 and older. Murder mystery event pages may carry different age requirements, so confirm the selected date. The current FAQ states that Gowanda boarding is not wheelchair accessible and that South Dayton is wheelchair accessible; contact the railroad before booking with accessibility questions.
